Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsThe operator of a major hazard facility must, in relation to Schedule 14 materials that are also dangerous goods, adopt risk control measures to, so far as is practicable, eliminate or, if it is not practicable to eliminate, to reduce so far as is practicable, the extent of damage to property that would be caused in the event of a major incident.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
400 penalty units for a body corporate.
