Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a major hazard facility must provide the local community and municipal councils for the area occupied by the local community, with information, in accordance with regulation 395, about the safety of the major hazard facility.

(2) Information provided under this regulation must be sent in writing to any community or public library serving the local community.
