Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a mine must develop and implement strategies for the control of any risks associated with employee fatigue.

(2) Strategies under this regulation must include work arrangements that, so far as is reasonably practicable, eliminate employee fatigue.
