Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The operator of a prescribed mine must, in accordance with subregulation (2), make and keep a record of the monitoring and testing of the ventilation system under regulation 430.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) The record of the monitoring and testing of the ventilation system must be set out and expressed in a way that is readily comprehensible to all who use it.
(3) The operator of a prescribed mine must keep the record made under this regulation available for inspection on request under the Act.
Penalty: 5 penalty units for a natural person;
25 penalty units for a body corporate.
