Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a person applies to work at a mine, the employer, before employing the person to work at the mine, must provide the person with information about the purpose, and the type or nature, of the medical examinations and other health monitoring that are required under this Part to be conducted in respect of employees.
Penalty: 5 penalty units for a natural person;
25 penalty units for a body corporate.
