Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a licence is sought for a major hazard facility that is registered under Part 6.2 (Registration), the operator of the major hazard facility must apply to the Authority for a licence no later than 6 months before the registration expiry date for that registration.
