OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 474

Licence holder must comply with terms and conditions

A licence holder must comply with the terms and conditions of the licence imposed under this Division or under Division 3 .

Penalty:     100 penalty units for a natural person;

500 penalty units for a body corporate.
