Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A person who holds a high risk work licence must keep the person's evidence of licence document available for inspection on request under the Act.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) A person who holds any other class of licence must keep the evidence of licence document available for inspection on request under the Act.
Penalty: 5 penalty units for a natural person;
25 penalty units for a body corporate.
