Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An asbestos removal licence holder may apply to the Authority to have a person recognised by the Authority as a supervisor who may supervise the asbestos removal work that can be performed under the licence.
(2) The licence holder must include in the application—
(a) the name of the person; and
(b) detailed information on the person's training and experience.
(3) The Authority must refuse to grant an application if it is not satisfied that the person has appropriate training or experience to supervise the asbestos removal work.
