Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If the Authority grants, renews, amends, transfers, suspends or cancels a major hazard facility licence, it must publish a notice of that event in the Government Gazette as soon as reasonably possible after the event occurs.
(2) The notice must include details of any terms and conditions attached to the licence that have not previously been provided in a notice under this regulation in respect of the licence.
