OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 506

Evidence of licence document of suspended or cancelled licence must be surrendered on demand

If the Authority suspends or cancels a licence, the licence holder must surrender the evidence of licence document to the Authority on demand, once the suspension or cancellation takes effect.

Penalty:     60 penalty units for a natural person;

300 penalty units for a body corporate.
