Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Authority must give the person who applied for the registration written notice of the registration as soon as reasonably possible after the plant design is registered.
(2) The notice must include—
(a) the type of registration; and
(b) details of what has been registered; and
(c) the name of the person who applied for the registration; and
(d) the date on which the registration took effect, or is to take effect; and
(e) an identifying number.
