OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 553

    (1)     An application for an exemption must be accompanied by a fee of 46·2 fee units.

    (2)     The Authority must not grant an exemption
to a person unless the person has paid the fee set out in subregulation (1).
