Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A designer of plant who includes an emergency warning device for the plant must ensure that the design provides for the device to be so positioned on the plant that the device works to best effect.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) If there is a likelihood of powered mobile plant colliding with pedestrians or other powered mobile plant, the designer must ensure that the design of the plant includes a warning device that will warn any person who may be at risk from the movement of the plant.
