Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A supplier of plant who hires or leases plant must make a record detailing any inspection or maintenance carried out on the plant under regulation 93.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
(2) A supplier of plant who hires or leases plant must keep the record made under subregulation (1) while the supplier has management or control of the plant.
