Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsAn employer or self-employed person must, so far as is reasonably practicable, identify all hazards associated with the installation, erection, commissioning, decommissioning, dismantling and use of plant at the workplace where the plant is used or located and the systems of work associated with the plant.
