OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 363

A DSMS that—

        (a)     was accepted, or was taken to have been accepted, under the former Diving Safety Regulations before 1 January 2012; and

        (b)     was in force immediately before 1 January 2012—

is taken to be a DSMS that was accepted under regulation 132 or 133 with effect from the date on which it was accepted, or was taken to have been accepted, under the former Diving Safety Regulations.
