(a) was accepted, or was taken to have been accepted, under the former Diving Safety Regulations before 1 January 2012; and
(b) was in force immediately before 1 January 2012—
is taken to be a diving project plan that was accepted under regulation 140 with effect from the date on which it was accepted, or was taken to have been accepted, under the former Diving Safety Regulations.
