POWERS OF ATTORNEY REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 8

    (1)     For the purposes of section 57 of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 4 of Schedule 1.

    (2)     For the purpose of section 60 of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 4 of Schedule 1.
