PETROLEUM REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 55

For the purposes of section 30(1)(b) of the Act, the fee for the renewal of an exploration permit is—

        (a)     in the case of an application for renewal made before 1 July 2025, 1047 fee units; or

        (b)     in the case of an application for renewal made on or after 1 July 2025, 1395 fee units.
