RETAIL LEASES REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 11

    (1)     For the purposes of section 47(5)(b)(i) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 10 per cent.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 47(6)(a)(v) of the Act, the following are prescribed as other outgoings—

        (a)     fire services property levy;

        (b)     owners corporation fees.
