ROAD SAFETY (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 19

    (1)     A person who erects, displays or places a traffic control device under this Part may—

        (a)     maintain the device; and

        (b)     if the device is a traffic sign, replace that device with a traffic sign that—

              (i)     has the same effect; and

              (ii)     is not a traffic control device specified in Schedule 2.

    (2)     A person who has erected, displayed or placed a traffic control device in accordance with the Road Safety (Traffic) Regulations 1988 ^[2] , the Road Safety (Road Rules) Regulations 1999 ^[3] or the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009 ^[4] may maintain that device.
