ROAD SAFETY (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 23

A person may apply to—

Reg. 23(a) amended by S.R. No. 172/2019 reg. 8(Sch. 4 item 15).

        (a)     the Head, Transport for Victoria for an authorisation for the purposes of regulation 11(1)(a) or (2)(d), 12(1)(g), 13(1)(d), 17(5) or 18(1)(a); and

        (b)     a coordinating road authority for an authorisation for the purposes of regulation 12(1)(d), 13(1)(f) or 18(1)(b); and

        (c)     a responsible entity for an authorisation for the purposes of regulation 18(1)(b).

Note

The Head, Transport for Victoria may be a coordinating road authority or a responsible entity.
