ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 100

Particulars of order for a stay to be given to the Secretary

Reg. 100 amended by S.R. No. 172/2019 reg. 5(Sch. 2 item 84).

The Magistrates' Court must cause particulars of an order made on an application under section 46I of the Act to be given immediately to the Secretary.
