Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 50AAEC(3)(b) of the Act, an application to the Secretary for the transfer of approval of an approved alcohol interlock supplier must be accompanied by any evidence the Secretary reasonably requires to determine if the transfer is appropriate, including evidence relating to the matters set out in section 50AAE(5) and (6) of the Act.
