ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 92

    (1)     If an affected person has not been given the information set out in subregulation (2) in relation to a relevant decision, the affected person may apply to the Secretary for the information.

    (2)     The Secretary must, within 14 days after receiving the affected person's application, give the affected person—

        (a)     the Secretary's decision and the reasons for the decision; and

        (b)     the name or position of the person who made the decision.
