ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 191

Stopping near an obstruction

A driver must not stop on a road near an obstruction on the road in a position that obstructs traffic on the road.

Penalty:     3 penalty units.

Obstruction is defined in the dictionary.
