ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 214

This Division does not apply to the rider of a bicycle, an electric scooter, animal or animal-drawn vehicle.

2     The rules for using lights when riding a bicycle, an electric scooter or an animal-drawn vehicle at night, or in hazardous weather conditions, are—

              •     for riders of bicycles or electric scooters— rule 259;

    •     for riders of animal-drawn vehicles— rule 223.
