ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 244Q

Equipment on electric personal transporters

A person must not travel on an electric personal transporter on a road or road related area if the electric personal transporter does not have—

        (a)     at least one effective brake; and

        (b)     a bell, horn, or similar warning device, in working order.

Penalty:     2 penalty units.
