ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 262A

Riding electric scooters in an electric scooter use area

A rider of an electric scooter must not ride the electric scooter on a road or road related area unless the road or road related area is in an electric scooter use area.

Penalty:     3 penalty units.

Note

Electric scooter use area is defined in the dictionary.
