ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 262F

Minimum age requirement for riding an electric scooter

A person who is under 16 years of age must not ride an electric scooter on a road or road related area.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.

Rule 262G inserted by S.R. No. 135/2021 rule 91.
