ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2017 - REG 262H

Carrying people on electric scooter

A rider of an electric scooter must not use the electric scooter on a road or road related area to carry any other person.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.

Rule 262HA inserted by S.R. No. 101/2024 rule 10.
