Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA driver must not make a U-turn at a place with traffic lights where a road and road related area intersect if there is a no U-turn sign at the place.
Penalty: In the case of a bicycle or an electric scooter, 3 penalty units;
In the case of any other vehicle, 5 penalty units.
