ROAD SAFETY (AUTOMATED VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 16

A vehicle supervisor of an automated vehicle must—

        (a)     have the applicable ADS permit document in the vehicle supervisor's possession at all times while driving or in charge of the automated vehicle; and

        (b)     comply with the requirements of the Act and the regulations and rules made under the Act; and

        (c)     comply with the conditions of the ADS permit.
