ROAD SAFETY (AUTOMATED VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 20

At the end of an ADS trial or on the expiry of an ADS permit (whichever is the earlier) the ADS permit holder must—

Reg. 20(a) amended by S.R. No. 172/2019 reg. 4(Sch. 1 item 9).

        (a)     submit a summary of the outcomes of the ADS trial to the Secretary; and

Reg. 20(b) amended by S.R. No. 172/2019 reg. 4(Sch. 1 item 9).

        (b)     return the ADS permit documents to the Secretary.
