RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (ROOMING HOUSE STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 10
Prescribed standards for facilities and services provided to residents in a rooming house
For the purposes of section 142B(2) of the Act, the prescribed
privacy, safety, security and amenity standards are the standards set out in
this Division.
