Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A debt due or accruing due from partners may be attached under these Rules notwithstanding that any partner is resident out of Victoria, if a partner or some person apparently having the control or management of the partnership business within Victoria is served with the garnishee summons.
(2) The attendance of a partner before the Court on the hearing of a garnishee summons is a sufficient attendance by the partners.
