SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 - REG 21.06

Where a defendant serves a counterclaim, Rule 21.02 shall apply as if—

        (a)     the defendant were the plaintiff;

        (b)     the defence were the defence to counterclaim; and

        (c)     the plaintiff were the defendant.
