SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 - REG 25.03

A proceeding not commenced by writ may be discontinued and any part of a proceeding not commenced by writ may be withdrawn at any time—

        (a)     by leave of the Court; or

        (b)     with the consent of all other parties.
