SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 - REG 4.05

    (1)     A proceeding shall be commenced by originating motion—

        (a)     where there is no defendant to the proceeding;

        (b)     where by or under any Act an application is authorised to be made to the Court; or

        (c)     where required by these Rules.
