Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) This Rule applies where on an application under section 84 of the Property Law Act 1958 an order is made under subsection (3) of that section directing the plaintiff to make inquiries or give notices.
(2) Whether the plaintiff has made inquiries and given notices in accordance with the order and what the results of the inquiries are shall be determined by an Associate Judge after inquiry.
(3) The Associate Judge shall by order declare
what the Associate Judge has determined under paragraph (2) and the
application shall not proceed until the order is made.
