Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A warrant of possession to enforce a judgment for possession in a proceeding under this Order shall not be issued without the leave of the Court where three months have elapsed since the judgment took effect.
(2) An application for leave under paragraph (1) may be made without notice to any person, unless the Court otherwise orders.
(3) A warrant of possession to enforce a judgment
for possession in a proceeding under this Order shall be in Form 53B.
