Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsExcept so far as the Costs Court constituted by a Costs Judge or the Trial Division constituted by a Judge of the Court otherwise orders, neither an appeal under section 17I of the Act nor an application for leave to appeal under that section shall operate as a stay of execution or of proceedings under any determination of the Costs Court to which the appeal or application for leave to appeal relates.
