Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) This Part only applies to determinations made in proceedings commenced in the Costs Court after the commencement of this Part.
(2) Rules 63.56.1 to 63.57 (as in force
immediately before the commencement of this Part) continue to apply to
determinations made in proceedings commenced in the Costs Court before the
commencement of this Part (including determinations made
on reconsideration or review in such proceedings) as if those Rules
had not been revoked.
