Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf the amount of the professional charges and disbursements in any bill of costs (including a bill of costs payable out of a fund) is reduced by 15 per cent or more, unless the Costs Court otherwise orders, no costs shall be allowed to the solicitor filing the bill for taxation for preparing the bill and for attending the taxation.
