SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 - REG 64.40

Jurisdiction and powers exercisable by a single Judge of Appeal

In addition to any other power conferred on a single Judge of Appeal, but subject to this Order (including in particular Rule 64.15) , a single Judge of Appeal may constitute, and may exercise all the jurisdiction and powers of, the Court of Appeal in or in relation to—

        (a)     any application to the Court of Appeal, including any application for leave to appeal; and

        (b)     the making of any order by consent in or in relation to any proceeding in the Court of Appeal, including an order by consent dealing with or disposing of the whole or any part of an application, including for leave to appeal or an appeal.
