Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA person entitled to a judgment subject to the fulfilment of a condition who fails to fulfil the condition shall be taken to have abandoned the benefit of the judgment, and, unless the Court otherwise orders, any other person interested may take any steps which are warranted by the judgment or which might have been taken if the judgment or order had not been given or made.
