Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding that the sheriff leaves land on which goods have been seized
under a warrant, the sheriff shall be taken to remain in possession of the
goods if the sheriff leaves in a prominent position on or about the land on
which the goods were seized or upon the goods seized a notice of the seizure
listing the items seized.
