Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a party to an appeal referred to in Rule 77.06 does not seek to have the judgment or order actually given or made by the Associate Judge discharged or varied, but proposes to contend that it should be affirmed on a ground, whether of fact or law, which—
(a) was not decided; or
(b) was erroneously decided; or
(c) was not raised for decision before the Associate Judge—
the party, not less than 14 days before the day fixed for the hearing of the appeal, shall file and serve a notice of contention, stating the ground to be relied upon.
