SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 - REG 79.08

Investments on separate account

    (1)     Where, pursuant to section 113 of the  Supreme Court Act 1986 or any corresponding previous enactment or otherwise, the Senior Master has invested on separate account in real or other property (including real property used or to be used as a residence by a person under disability for whose benefit the investment was made) and the property is being held by a trustee or trustees appointed by or accountable to the Senior Master, the Senior Master may require the trustee or trustees to transfer the property into the name "The Senior Master of the Supreme Court of Victoria" and the Senior Master may hold the property in that name.

    (2)     Where, pursuant to section 113 of the Supreme Court Act 1986 or otherwise, the Senior Master invests on separate account in real or other property (including real property used or to be used as a residence by a person under disability for whose benefit the investment is being made), the investment may be made, and the property may be held, in the name "The Senior Master of the Supreme Court of Victoria".
